Watches should be stored separately to avoid damage to the glass or strap.
Shoes and Adilettes should be stored dry, clean and ideally in a shoebox to maintain their shape.
Cleaning
Jewelry should be regularly cleaned with a soft, dry cloth to preserve its shine.
Watches can be carefully cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Sunglasses should be cleaned with a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the lenses.
Adidas shoes can be cleaned with a damp cloth or special sneaker cleaning products.
Adilettes can be easily cleaned with water and mild detergent.
Wearing & Use
Put on jewelry only after getting dressed to avoid contact with perfume or cosmetics.
Watches should not be exposed to unnecessary impacts.
Sunglasses should always be stored in a case when not in use.
Shoes should be worn according to their intended purpose (e.g. sports, leisure) to avoid material wear.
Adilettes are suitable for leisure and water areas, but not for intensive sports activities.
Sports & Physical Activity
We recommend removing jewelry and watches during sports activities.
Shoes should only be used for suitable activities depending on the model.
Adilettes are not suitable for sports.
Contact with Water
Avoid prolonged contact of jewelry with water, especially for coated materials.
Watches are only water-resistant to a limited extent depending on the model (see product description).
Shoes and Adilettes should not be exposed to excessive moisture for long periods.
Chemicals & External Influences
Avoid contact with cleaning agents, perfume, hairspray or creams.
These can damage jewelry coatings, watch materials and shoe surfaces.

Warranty & Service
Diademita is your point of contact for all warranty and service cases related to products purchased from us, including jewelry, watches, sunglasses, Adidas shoes and Adilettes.
Brand products generally come with a statutory warranty of 2 years for material and manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusion
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
Improper use or accidents
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts
Failure to follow the care instructions

Processing of Your Request
After inspection, the product will – depending on the extent of the damage and availability – either be:
repaired
or replaced with an identical or equivalent product
